It is decision time for the chefs representing Wales. One chef has already left the competition and only two remain to cook their entire menus for judges Prue Leith, Matthew Fort and Oliver Peyton. The panel is joined by a celebrity guest judge, actress and writer Emma Kennedy. The judges are not easily pleased and only world class cooking will do.
The chefs’ task is to deliver a performance on a plate – food that is gastronomic and delicious to eat but will put a smile on everyone’s face too. Only one can make it through to the national finals to represent Wales at the banquet.
